  • Why the first 90 days are critical for both boards and their new directors.

The first 90 days of a new director’s appointment is an important time for both the new director and the board. Discover how you can ensure that the new director will drive real value for the board. Prospective directors will gain an understanding of how they can ensure they can contribute effectively to the board as soon as possible.

  • How to bring greater diversity to your board and the value this creates.
